You can receive funds directly into your business account and transfer funds anytime, anywhere.

JazzCash Business App is specifically designed to be your daily business companion for managing your business account on the go and providing reliable & quick solutions to all your business problems.

Each of our apps best suits a particular customer’s needs.

  • 1. The JazzCash Consumer App is primarily for people who use it to send and receive money either to or from friends & family or businesses.
  • 2. The JazzCash Business App is for people who use it to conduct business regularly. It’s the best way to manage business on the go.

JazzCash Business App can lead to the following benefits for you:

  • 1. Stay on top of your expenses and income with real time tracking and visibility of balance.
  • 2. Accept faster payments using the QR code.
  • 3. Send and generate payment invoice to customers easily.

Your mobile number through which you registered is your Business Account number.

Anyone who owns a valid CNIC and runs a business is eligible to be a JazzCash Business Account Holder.

Account Registration & Set Up

JazzCash Business App > Enter mobile number > Enter OTP sent to your mobile number > Scan your CNIC > Upload your photo > Complete your Identity verification > Fill your business information > Verify your email address. Your application is now submitted & will be processed within 48 hours.

Enter the temporary MPIN sent to you on your mobile number to create your own 4-digit MPIN. You can enable your finger print login for a secure & seamless experience.

You can register for a JazzCash Business account by downloading the JazzCash mobile App from Playstore / App Store or by dialing *800# if you are a Jazz User or by going to any nearby JazzCash Agent.

To register an account on JazzCash Business, you need a registered mobile number, your CNIC details and business details.

To upgrade to higher account limits and to avoid account deactivation after 3 months.

No, you just need to enter your registered mobile number in JazzCash Business App for us to register your device.

No, you can only open one account per CNIC.

Account Security

JazzCash Business App > Forgot MPIN. Enter your CNIC & Date of Birth to authorize this action, use the temporary MPIN which you will receive via SMS to set a new MPIN.

My Account > Change MPIN. Enter your current MPIN to proceed and choose a new MPIN.

My Account > Finger Print, follow the steps shown on the screen to set up your finger print ID.

My Account > Delink Device

Your JazzCash Business account will not be deleted or removed if you change your mobile device. You just have to activate your account on the new device.

If you lose your mobile device, you can call us at 051-111-124-444 to temporarily block your account, your account will stay secure with your 4-digit MPIN.

JazzCash QR

QR code

QR Code > Generate QR > Enter amount > Generate QR > Share QR

QR Code > Scan QR > Allow camera access & scan the QR

QR Code > View QR Transactions. You can search for the required transaction by entering the TID or Till ID.

Select the required transaction from the QR transaction history and click on the Refund Icon at the bottom next to share.

Share the QR displayed on your App or the QR you generated by clicking on the share icon on the top right corner.

Manage Notifiers

Notifiers receive SMS notifications whenever a QR payment is received.

QR Code > Manage Notifiers > Search for Contacts > Link Contacts or add Mobile Number & Name > Add notifier

QR Code > Manage Notifiers > Update next to the required notifier and click on the trash button on the top

QR Code > Manage Notifiers > Update next to the required notifier and change the Name or Mobile number > Update Notifier

You can add up to 5 notifiers.

Get Payments

Request via Invoice

Request to Pay allows you to generate and send detailed invoices to your customers, which they can approve to make payments to you. You can make bill calculations and add tax, shipping and discounts presets to your requests.

Get Payments > Create > Request via Invoice > Enter details: Price, Quantity, Item Description, Choose flat or percentage tax or discount > Add Billing Details: Number, name & email > Generate invoice > Get PDF > Review Invoice > Send invoice

You can add product details: Description, Price & Quantity and Billing Details: Name of Recipient, mobile number & email address.

Get Payments > Received, Select required requests > Approve request

Quick Pay

Quick Pay allows you to send payment requests quickly by adding the amount and name of your recipient.

Get Payments > Create > Quick Pay > Enter details: Amount using calculator, Description, Image > Add Recipient details > Send Request

You can add a description and attach an image or a document with your request.

The recipients will receive the request via email or SMS depending on what you choose.

Get Payments > Settings > Tax, Discount & Shipping > Shipping > Add a Shipping preset > Enter shipping charges & Description > Save

You can save up to 10 presets for each.

Your saved presets will be displayed as a list on adding a new preset & can be viewed as a drop-down menu while generating a new request.

Percentage applies a percentage discount or tax to your selected products and Flat amount is a fixed amount of tax or discount to your selected products.

An item wise tax or discount allows you to assign tax and discount to every single item individually while blanket value will be applied to the complete invoice.

Blanket wise is selected as the default tax setting.

Get Payments > Settings > Advanced Settings > Choose Blanket or Item wise

Get Payments, select any request from your list and click on Edit Request.

Yes! Select any requests from your list, click on edit and send the updated invoice to your customer.

Yes, they will receive a SMS and notification about the updated request.

Yes, you can send a reminder for requests by clicking on the reminder button at the top.

You can find a request by entering the email, mobile number or description.

INSTANT LOAN

Instant Loan

With Instant Loan, eligible merchants can request for loan to meet their emergency expenses.

Yes, you can subscribe for loan using USSD from your registered mobile number.

Limits & Charges

The total loan limit for each merchant is determined based on the financial engagement over JazzCash and usage of Jazz SIM. The more of both the more the credit limit will be. The loan limits vary from Rs. 100 to Rs. 10,000

In case you would like your limit to be enhanced, you are required to perform more financial transactions and increase the usage of the Jazz SIM.

  2. Click on ‘Add Money’
  3. Select ‘Instant Loan’
  4. Enter the loan amount
  5. Review & confirm the details

You can manage loans using USSD as well as JazzCash Business app.

Loan Repayment Management
  1. Go to ‘Banking & Finance’
  2. Click on ‘Add Money’
  3. Select ‘Instant Loan’
  4. Click on ‘Repay Instant Loan’
  5. Enter the amount to repay
  6. Review & confirm the repayment
  7. Enter your MPIN or use fingerprint ID to authenticate

You can make the loan repayment within 4 weeks; you can pay before the due date as well.

No, there are no separate charges to balloon repayments. However, you will be required to make full repayment including the loan amount and the applicable outstanding fee.

You can make repayments using app or USSD channel. To make a repayment via USSD dial *800*4*2#

Yes, app and USSD can be used interoperably and both are synced together. To request loan from USSD dial *800*4*1#

  1. Go to ‘Banking & Finance’
  2. Click on ‘Instant Loan’
  3. Click on the Loan repayment card at the top
  4. You will be able to see your loan repayment plan with all the details
  5. To view repayment details via USSD dial *800*4*3#

Money Transfer

Transfer to Mobile Account

Transfer Money > Transfer to Mobile Account, Search a contact or Enter Mobile Number, Add the amount to transfer & Review the transfer details, Authorize the transfer using Finger print or MPIN.

Transfer to Bank Account

Transfer Money > Transfer to Bank Account, Search or select the recipient's Bank, Enter Account number and amount, Select the purpose of the transfer, Review details before authorizing transfer using the MPIN or Finger print.

Transfer to CNIC

Transfer Money > Transfer to CNIC. Enter recipient's CNIC number, amount and mobile number, Review details before authorizing transfer using the MPIN or Finger print.

Payments

Bill Payments

You can pay the following types of bills using JazzCash Business:

  • 1. Gas Bill
  • 2. Electricity Bill
  • 3. Water Bill
  • 4. Telephone Bill
  • 5. Internet Bill

Bill Payments > Bill type (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, Telephone) > Service provider (e.g. LESCO, PTCL, SNGPL etc.)
Enter the bill reference number in the required fields & Review the Bill details before authorizing it using your MPIN or finger print ID.

Following are the benefits of paying bills through the JazzCash Business Account:

  • 1. You can pay your bills conveniently from the comfort of your homes.
  • 2. You will receive reminders of bill payments so you never miss any deadlines.
  • 3. You can save the Bill's shortcuts for quick payments.

Bill Payments > My Saved Bills. You can click on 'edit' to remove the bill shortcut.

You need to know the unique ID against which bill will be paid. The unique ID can be a consumer number, reference ID or account ID which is stated on the bill by the service provider.

Following could be the reasons why you are unable to pay your utility bills via JazzCash Business App:

  • 1. The bill is already paid.
  • 2. You are entering an incorrect input (Consumer number/Reference number/Account number etc.).
  • 3. You have insufficient funds in your JazzCash Business account.
  • 4. There is a technical issue at the server. In this case, please re-try after a while.
  • 5. The bill has been blocked by the service provider. In this case, please contact your service provider.

Mobile Load & Bundles > Prepaid Load. Select your Network, Search or enter the required mobile number, Enter the load amount and Review it before authorizing the load using MPIN or finger print. How can I pay my postpaid bill?

Pay Insurance

Pay Insurance > Select an option > Enter consumer reference number > Enter amount (if partial repayment) > Review details > Authorize transaction by entering MPIN

Taxes

Taxes > Select an option > Enter PSID number > Review details > Authorize transaction by entering MPIN

Traffic Challan

Traffic Challan > Select traffic police > Enter Challan ID > Review details > Authorize transaction by entering MPIN

Repay Loan

Repay loan > Select an option > Enter loan number/ Account number > Enter amount (if partial repayment) > Review details > Authorize transaction by entering MPIN

Online Voucher

You can copy the voucher code from the confirmation receipt after successful transaction. You will also get the voucher code via SMS. Redeem the code by entering it in organization's app/website.

Yes, you can use it yourself or send it to friends and family.

You can use the voucher on that company's checkout page.

Please give your suggestions in the app and we will do our best to add it to the list.

Refund for confirmed order is not available. If your order gets cancelled, your amount will be automatically refunded to your JazzCash account.

Yes, each organization goes through an extensive verification process.

Invite & Earn

You earn a reward every time somebody accepts your invitation to create a JazzCash account. Inviting more people increases your chances of winning rewards.

Yes, reminders can be sent after every 24 hours to your 'Invited' contacts.

You can view your pending invites and send reminders after every 24 hours.

Locations Nearby

You can find the biometric agents, cash agents and businesses nearest to you by using Locations Nearby.

You can increase your area of search by pinching the screen outwards using your fingers.

Travel

Careem

Select 'Careem' in the travel section, choose the voucher amount and confirm the transaction using MPIN or fingerprint.

After purchasing the voucher of your choice, copy the voucher code from your receipt or SMS and redeem the voucher code in the Careem App > Careem Pay > Add > Redeem Voucher.

Bus Tickets

Your ticket is confirmed when you receive confirmation / e-ticket SMS and email from the transport company.

Go to my tickets section in the app and apply for the refund as per the terms and conditions.

Go to bus tickets in the travel section under 'More' and enter your travel route and date to view available tickets. Select your seat and enter your MPIN to book your ticket.

Add Money

Add money to your account through the following ways:

  • 1. Visit your nearest JazzCash agent to deposit money into your account.
  • 2. Transferring funds from your bank account to Mobilink Microfinance Bank and entering your mobile number as the receiver account number.
  • 3. Deposit via debit card by entering the amount and your debit card details.

Cards

Jazz Cash Business Debit Card

Yes, you can order your JazzCash Debit Card through app/website and get it delivered at your doorstep or collect from nearest Mobilink Microfinance Bank branch. The debit card will be linked to your JazzCash account and you can withdraw cash from any Bank's ATM or shop at over 50,000 merchants across Pakistan.

You will need your CNIC and JazzCash Business account number to the branch representative to get your JazzCash Visa Debit Card. Ensure that the SIM on which your JazzCash Account Business is registered is in with you as you will need to enter MPIN for confirmation.

To block card, Jazz customer can dial USSD string *800*6 *4*3#. All network customers can also block their card by using JazzCash Business App or by calling helpline 4444 (From Jazz number) or UAN: 111-124-444 (With Area Code).

Card fee will be deducted from your Mobile Account upon confirmation of your card being linked to your account. You do not have to pay the fee in cash.

You are advised to wait for 15 working days for the card to arrive at the provided address. However, in case you still wish to get the card on spot at the MMBL branch, then online card order will be cancelled without fee reversal, and full card fee will be charged again when card is issued at the branch.

Once an order is successfully placed, it will take 15 working days to deliver your card at provided address.

Once your card will be dispatched, you will receive an order tracking ID through which you will be able to track your order.

Yes, your card fee will be refunded in your Mobile Account within two working days of your order rejection.

In this scenario, you have to call the helpline 4444 (From Jazz number) or UAN: 111-124-444 (with area code). In case you do not call the helpline for card delivery, your card will be discarded after 60 days from date of 1st return and fee will not be refunded.

You must immediately block your card by calling helpline or through your account menu.

You need to call helpline, after verification you will be able to change your card PIN or change the PIN from your app under 'Manage Card'.

Currently, JazzCash Debit Business Card is only valid for purchase with in Pakistan.

To increase your account limits your will have to upgrade your account; to upgrade your account to 'Professional' complete the biometric verification by visiting your nearest agent and to upgrade your account to 'Professional' visit your nearest Mobilink Microfinance bank to increase your limits.
