JazzCash has partnered with FWO to offer M-Tag recharge solution for all travelers on M-2 motorway. This project is a part of FWO’s efforts to digitize all travels across country and M-2 (Lhr-Isb) is the pilot venture. At the moment, customers have to stop over close to major toll plazas at FWO customer centers to purchase and recharge their M-Tag. With this partnership, customers will be able to recharge digitally via multiple mediums being offered by JazzCash.

Customers will have following mediums available to top-up their M-tags:

Retailer gets following: Recharge for Recharge amount, Service Charges. Enter MPIN

Customer and Retailer will get confirmation SMS. “Your M-tag has been recharged with amount. Service charges. TID. Thank you for using JazzCash”

Retailers Commission: On every M-Tag recharge, PKR 20 service charges will apply and no additional amount will be charged by retailer

Customer selects
Online M-Tag Recharge

Enters M-Tag ID and Recharge Amount and selects Next

For your M-Tag ID, enter mtag NIC No and send to 9909

Customer is prompted to select payment option i.e. JazzCash Mobile Account or Credit/Debit Card along with details of Recharge Amount and Fee deducted

Payment via JazzCash Wallet: Customer enters Mobile Acccount Number. A pop-up will appear on the phone for MPIN verification.

Payment via Credit/Debit Card: Customer enters Card Number, Expiry, CVV & Phone Number and Submits for payment.
