JazzCash account is a branchless bank account licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan. This account is linked with your CNIC and mobile number. With JazzCash account, you can enjoy complete freedom of accessing financial services anywhere, anytime. It allows you to conveniently send and receive money, pay bills, top-up mobile credit, and more.

Any prepaid or postpaid customer from any mobile network in Pakistan with a valid NADRA CNIC can open a JazzCash Account. You can register a JazzCash account from the following sources:

  • Download JazzCash mobile app from Play Store or Apple Store and register your account in few simple steps; or
  • If you are a Jazz user, you can register an account by dialing *786#; or
  • Go to any nearby JazzCash Agent and get your get registered through our agents

Yes, you can transfer money from your bank account to your JazzCash account. Just visit your bank's online banking portal, select Mobilink Microfinance Bank, enter your registered JazzCash mobile number (which is also your account number), and the amount you wish to transfer.

Yes, you can transfer money from your JazzCash account to any bank account by:

  • Opening your JazzCash app, select “Send Money”, then select “Bank” option and choose your required bank name, OR
  • Dial *786*1*3# and select your required bank.

The JazzCash account is highly secure, adhering to the State Bank of Pakistan's regulations. Each account is protected by a 4-digit MPIN, required for every transaction. All transactions are encrypted, ensuring that no transaction can occur without your MPIN. Always set a strong MPIN and never share it with anyone.

All transactions from the JazzCash account are encrypted for security purposes. No transaction can be made without this MPIN which has to be entered from your Mobile number. Therefore, please make sure that you setup a secure MPIN and never disclose it to anyone.

In case you forget your MPIN, you can reset it by the following methods:

  • Open JazzCash app, simply click on “Forgot MPIN”. After entering your CNIC number & Date of Birth, you will receive a 4-digit temporary MPIN through SMS, which you can use to create your new 4-digit MPIN; or
  • Dial *786*6*1*2# and reset your MPIN; or
  • Call us at our helpline 4444 (if you are a Jazz customer) or our UAN number 111-124-444 (with area code) to reset your MPIN.

Your JazzCash account remains secure with your 4-digit MPIN. If needed, you can block your account by calling 051-111-124-444. Remember, JazzCash will never ask for sensitive information like your MPIN or OTP via phone, SMS, or email. Never share these details to ensure your account's security.

Yes, the account holder will receive a confirmation SMS after the transaction is complete. It is completely secure, the system checks and records every transaction through a computerized system.

Only CNIC transactions can be canceled. To cancel a CNIC transfer, go to "My Account" in the JazzCash App and select "Self-Service." If successfully canceled, the funds will be returned to your account within 24 hours.

Your JazzCash Account MPIN and ATM PIN are separate; do not use your JazzCash Account MPIN to attempt a withdrawal from ATM. After purchasing ATM Card, you have to setup your JazzCash ATM PIN from your JazzCash App.

I case you forget your debit card PIN; you can reset it via App, or you can also call helpline.

No. There are no monthly or annual charges on using your JazzCash ATM Card. For PayPak debit card annual fees of Rs.299.

MONEY TRANSFER THROUGH JAZZCASH AGENT

Sender or receiver does not need to register for this service.

The customers should preferably provide their own mobile number, they will receive SMS notification which will contain the transaction ID (TID) which will be used for receiving the transaction.

Any person can make a money transfer transaction and send money to another person. The only requirement is that both sender and receiver should hold a valid Nadra CNIC, and photocopies of their CNICs along with original.

Money transfer requests sending and receiving both would not be entertained for expired or lost CNIC’s. Only original and valid CNIC will be accepted.

You can send or receive money from the following ways:

  • Through JazzCash app; or
  • Dial *786#; or
  • Visit nearest retailer.

Money transfer sending or receiving is done instantly.

SMS notifications will be sent to the sender and the receiver at the time money is sent and collected.

The receiving customer must collect the transaction within 180 days. As per regulations, all transaction uncollected for longer than 180 days will be blocked.

The transaction ID is in the SMS notification sent to the sender and the receiver. Additionally, if the customer has forgotten his transaction ID, he/she may obtain it by calling our helpline 021-111-124-444.

The customer should ensure that the phone numbers mentioned on the money transfer receipt are correct. He should then call the helpline and after verification, the call center agent will confirm the transaction status.

BILL PAYMENT THROUGH JAZZCASH AGENT

To pay your bill through a JazzCash agent, bring your bill and cash to any JazzCash retailer. Ask the retailer to process the payment. If you use a mobile service, provide your mobile number to receive a confirmation SMS. Collect the stamped bill with the transaction ID and agent ID. If you have a mobile phone, check for the confirmation message; otherwise, ask the agent to show you the confirmation on their phone.

Yes. Anyone can pay their utility bills by following the process mentioned above.

Any Jazz or non-Jazz subscriber or non-mobile user can pay their utility bills from any JazzCash retailer on any day of the week with no restriction of conventional time schedule of 9 am to 5 pm.

RAQAM KI MUNTAQILI BAZARIYA JAZZCASH AGENT

Paisay bhajnay walay ya wasul karnay walay ko register hunay ki zarorat nahi hai.

Apna mobile number customer ko faraham karna is liye zarori hy takay, inhain SMS notification milain jis main transaction ID (TID) hoti hai, jo bhaji gai raqum wasul karnay k liye lazmi hai.

BILL KI ADAYEGI BAZARIYA JAZZCASH AGENT

JazzCash bill payment service ke zariye bill pay karna nihayat asaan hy. Apnay bills aur paison ke sath kisi bhi agent shop pe tashreef layein aur retailer ki madad se apna bill ada karein. agent ko apna mobile number bhi batayein takay apko tasdeeqi SMS receive ho sakay. Payment muqammal honay par, apna stamped shuda bill hasil karein jismein transaction ID aur agent ID, dono mojood hongye. Agar apnay apna mobile number darj karwaya hoga to apnay phone pr tasdeeqi SMS dekhna na bhoolain aur agar apkay pas mobile phone nahi hy to aap agent ke phone pr tasdeeqi SMS dekh saktay hain.
