What is a NextGen Account?
A NextGen Account is a JazzCash digital wallet designed for individuals aged 12–17, allowing teenagers to safely access digital financial services while remaining associated to a parent's JazzCash account.
Who can open a NextGen Account?
Any individual aged 12 to 17 years with a valid B-Form or SNIC issued by NADRA can open a NextGen Account. The account must be linked to a parent or guardian who has a verified JazzCash account.
Does a parent or guardian need to approve the account?
Yes. A parent or guardian's consent is required during account opening. The account will be securely linked to the parent's JazzCash account for verification and safety purposes.
How can I open a NextGen Account?
You can open a NextGen Account through the JazzCash app during signup and completing the identity verification process.
What services can be used with a NextGen Account?
NextGen users can: Send and receive money, Pay bills and mobile top-ups, Make digital payments, Receive funds, Use their wallet for everyday digital transactions.
Are there any limits on transactions?
Yes. NextGen Accounts have controlled transaction limits based on L-1 account level, designed to ensure safe usage for minors, in line with regulatory requirements.

What happens when the user turns 18?
