How can freelancers receive payments?

Freelancers can create or link a Payoneer account with JazzCash and transfer funds directly to their wallet.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount for freelance payments?

The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 5.

Can I unlink my Payoneer account?

Yes, you can delink your account anytime through the JazzCash app.

Can I register for a Payoneer account from their website and link JazzCash?

No, JazzCash users must register for a Payoneer account only through the JazzCash application.

What IBAN should I use during registration?

The system automatically populates the IBAN “PK29JAZZ0000000000000001”. You should verify it during registration. This IBAN is not linked to your mobile account number.

Where will my funds go if I use this IBAN?

This IBAN is a mutually agreed code between JazzCash and Payoneer that ensures your JazzCash mobile account is correctly linked with your Payoneer account.

Does JazzCash charge fees on cash withdrawals?

Customers get up to 2 free ATM withdrawals per month using the JazzCash ATM card (valid only in the same month as remittance). Standard charges apply for retailer withdrawals.

What if my transaction is not received in real time?

In some cases, transactions may go through AML screening, which can take up to 2 days for processing.

What are the withdrawal charges?

Payoneer charges a standard 3% fee on withdrawals. There are no charges for transferring funds into JazzCash.

Who can use JazzCash Donation services?

Any JazzCash account holder can make payments via App and USSD.

Is my transfer safe and secure?

Yes. All JazzCash transactions are protected by:
MPIN authentication required for every transaction.
End-to-end encryption for all transaction data.
Full regulatory oversight by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

What should I do if a payment fails or is delayed?

If a transfer fails, the amount is automatically reversed to your JazzCash wallet. If the amount is not reversed within 24 hours or the issue persists:

How much time will it take for the card to be delivered to my provided address?

Once an order is successfully placed, it will take 15 working days to deliver your card to your provided address.

What should I do if I forget the Card PIN for my JazzCash Debit Card?

You need to call the helpline. After verification, you will be able to change your Card PIN.

I have lost my JazzCash Debit Card. What should I do?

You must immediately block the card. To block card, Jazz customer can dial USSD string *786*6 *4*3#. All network customers can also block their card by using JazzCash App or by calling helpline 4444 (From Jazz number) or UAN: 111-124-444 (With Area Code)

• Send Money to JazzCash — Instant transfers to any registered JazzCash mobile wallet using the recipient's mobile number.
• Send Money to Bank via 1LINK — Transfer funds to any bank account in Pakistan connected to the 1LINK interbank network.
• Send Money to Bank via RAAST — Instant, free transfers to any RAAST-enabled bank account or wallet using Pakistan's national instant payment system.

Who can use JazzCash money transfer services?

Any verified JazzCash account holder can send and receive money. Your account must be active with sufficient balance to send. Transfer limits vary by KYC tier.
