 What is a Stream Head – AI Products & Automation?

At JazzCash, we are transforming the way millions of customers and businesses interact with financial services through Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a Stream Head – AI Products & Automation to lead the discovery, development and scaling of AI powered products and capabilities across customer and internal employee journeys.

The role will be responsible for identifying high impact opportunities, defining AI product strategy and delivering intelligent solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, strengthen risk controls and unlock new business value. Working closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, Design, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams, the successful candidate will own AI initiatives from concept through to launch and continuous optimisation.

What does a Stream Head – AI Products & Automation do?

AI Product Strategy

  • Develop and own the roadmap for AI-powered products and capabilities.
  • Identify customer and internal pain points where AI can deliver measurable value.
  • Prioritise AI initiatives based on customer impact, business value, feasibility and strategic alignment.
  • Define product vision, business cases, success metrics and implementation plans for AI use cases.

Product Discovery & Innovation

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities across key domains including Payments, Transfers, B2B Services, Cards, Customer Support, Fraud, KYC and Internal Operations.
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data analysis and experimentation.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability within the JazzCash ecosystem.

Product Delivery

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI powered products from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and journeys.
  • Partner with Technology and business teams to deliver scalable, secure and reliable AI solutions.

AI Governance & Responsible AI

  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to responsible AI principles, data privacy standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Define processes for model monitoring, evaluation, human oversight and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk and Information Security teams to establish governance frameworks for AI products.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, engagement, accuracy, productivity gains, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial impact.
  • Use data and experimentation to optimise AI experiences and maximise business outcomes.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Stream Head – AI Products & Automation?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI products.
  • Should be able to showcase AI products delivered along with the measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI and AI orchestration platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Within the first 12 months, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver multiple AI-powered products or capabilities into production.
  • Establish a prioritised AI opportunity pipeline across key business journeys.
  • Improve customer experience and operational efficiency through measurable AI outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of AI across customer and employee experiences.
  • Build a scalable AI product framework that enables future innovation across JazzCash.
