More importantly, you don’t have to rely on traveling to a Bank branch, wait in queues or complete any documentation. The Mobile Account menu works on all types of mobile phones – a smartphone is not compulsory. Customers can make deposits or withdrawals through any Mobilink Microfinance Bank Branch, Jazz Franchise or Business Center and JazzCash Agents spread across Pakistan.

How to get started?

1. Register your Mobile Account
JazzCash Mobile Account can be registered on any network mobile number:

  • New customers can Register their Home Remittance Mobile Account through biometric verification at any JazzCash agent or Jazz Point
  • Current JazzCash account holders can also upgrade to Home Remittance Accounts through biometric verification at any JazzCash Agent or Jazz Point.

Level 1 account will be upgraded to Home Remittance Account in 2 working hours from raising the request. Please call 4444 from your Jazz or Warid number or 021-111-124-444 from any other number to shift back to normal L-1 account.

2. Setup your personal MPIN
Upon successful registration:

  • Jazz and Warid customers can dial *786# or use Mobile App to create their desired 4-digit MPIN.
  • Other network customers can create their MPIN through Mobile App.
  • All transactions made from the Mobile Account are secured with this 4-digit MPIN. If you ever forget your MPIN, please call 4444 from your Jazz or Warid number or 021-111-124-444 from any other number to reset your MPIN.

3. Deposit money into your Mobile Account
Funds can only be credited through an international remittance transaction and will be credited to your account instantly. Upon successful credit you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8558.

4. Start using your Mobile Account!
In order to make a transaction from your Mobile Account:

  • Jazz and Warid customers can dial *786# anytime, anywhere and follow the steps to complete any transaction. Jazz and Warid customers can also use their Mobile Account through the Mobile App.
  • Other network customers can use their Mobile Account through the Mobile App only.
  • All your transactions will be accompanied with a digital receipt which will be sent from 8558.

  • First 3 Bill Payments are free every calendar month after which you will be charged Rs 10 per bill.
  • Cash Withdrawal charges will be deducted from your Mobile Account. There is no need to pay the charge in cash to the Agent.
  • Cash Deposit into your Mobile Account can only be done through an International Remittance Transaction.
  • Utility Bill Payment greater than Rs. 50,000 will not be payable through any JazzCash Mobile Account
  • All fees/charges are inclusive of FED

Product Overview:

JazzCash teamed up with WorldRemit to offer international request to pay feature in Pakistan. Through this service, JazzCash customer would be able to request payments internationally from their clients, loved ones. Users can request payments from anyone sitting in the over 50 countries via JazzCash & World Remit’s partnership network. The product is available on the JazzCash consumer app under the ‘Add Money’ section. Upon making a request, a unique link will be generated, and the sender can send money with a few clicks. Transaction fee doesnot apply to to senders on a transaction amounts greater than or equal to USD 100. Transactions are received in real time into your JazzCash account.

Ans: Yes, anyone having JazzCash account can request funds from their friends & family from our “Request to Pay “options from 40 major countries worldwide.

I am a freelancer; Can I use this service to request my clients?

Ans: Yes, you can use this service to request money from your client.

How can I let my payer know I have requested for money?

Ans: Once you have requested your payer for money, Payer receives a system generated request email, containing link to your request, upon clicking on the link payer is directed to world remit website where they can pay via different payment options i.e. Credit, Debit cards and etc

Can I track my recent requests & have view of historical requests?

Ans: Yes, you can track all your requests and their status in the track option under international payment request.

What are the transaction charges?

Ans: Receiving transaction is free. If the transaction amount is greater than equal to USD 100, than there are no transaction charges for sender as well.

Will I receive transactions in real time?

Ans: 95% of transactions are received in real time, while in some cases the transactions make take up to 24 hours (working days) to process.
