The insurance duration is one year from the date of enrollment.

Conditions in which a claim is not payable:

For Natural Death:

In case of death due to suicide or self-inflicted Injury

For Accidental Death Coverage & Accidental Medical Reimbursement:

Any pre-existing conditions contracted due to accident or bodily Injury before the commencement of cover under this policy.
Murder, Suicide, self-inflicted Injury, participation in a criminal act, or violation of the law

No, this plan provides coverage for both natural and accidental death.

What is the claim process?

How can the customer cancel the policy?

Customers can cancel the policy within 30 days of enrollment by dialing 4444 or 051-7080507

When does the coverage start for the customer?

Coverage will start as soon as a confirmation SMS is received from JazzCash.

If the customer is not admitted to the hospital, will he get medical reimbursement?

The customer can show his medical expense slips and get the reimbursement; he does not need to be admitted to the hospital for reimbursement.

Under what condition claim will not be paid?
